For the wedding day, we are asking for formal attire (black tie optional). For women, this means ankle or floor length dresses. For men, this means a dark suit or tux. We can’t wait to see you in your summer best!

We will be providing transportation to the wedding ceremony from both The LeVeque and The Hilton hotels. We will also provide transportation to the after-party (or hotels) following the reception. If you choose to drive to the venue, parking is free and you are welcome to to leave your vehicle overnight and join us on the shuttle after the party!

We have reserved 2 hotel blocks at a discounted rate (see the “accommodations” tab for details). We will be providing transportation to and from the venue from both hotels for your convenience. You are always more than welcome to stay elsewhere if you so choose!

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you can join us for this special day and appreciate your understanding.

Kids are more than welcome to come to the day-after event on Saturday!

We kindly ask that you only bring plus-ones if they are formally invited on your invitation. Please refer to your invitation for any plus-one details or reach out directly to Wei and Aaron w/ any questions!

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be outside. The reception will be indoors.

Yes! We will be continuing the celebrations at Pins Mechanical Co. in Downtown Columbus (note, NOT the Easton location). The event is casual & 100% optional but we’ll be there from 1-4pm. Kids are welcome to this event and we’ll have an open bar + light bites available.
